Booking – Rides to Fly

Booking Rates by Zone

Our rates are based on mileage zones from airports to your city/town center. If you attempt to reserve a ride and your city/town, state, zip does not appear in the drop down or a rate is not provided, please contact us @ mike@ridestoflycom to have it added.

A credit card is required to reserve your ride; but you are not charged until the day of your pickup.

You can pay on the date of your ride via:
Credit Card ($5 convenience fee), Zelle, Venmo, or Cash.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS, ADDITIONAL FEES AND TERMS

CHILD SEATS:
You must provide your own child seat. Please choose the type of seat you will be using in the reservation.
Rides to Fly will store your child seat during your travel for a $20 storage fee.

CANCELLATION FEE:
50% booking rate (cancellation fee) will be assessed for cancellations within 48 hours of pickup date.

PREMIUM RATES & FEES:
$20 – Pickup or Drop-off between 11pm-7am
$50 – Major / Observed US Holidays
$20 – Extra Stops (each)
$5 – Convenience Fee
$5 – Each Additional Passenger

YOU MUST USE 3 DIGIT AIRPORT CODES to book your ride!

ORD – Chicago O’Hare
MDW – Chicago Midway
RFD – Rockford International
MKE – Milwaukee Mitchell International

FOR ROUND TRIP:

Select the first leg of your trip (to or from airport)Please ensure you select the correct number of passengers and luggage so that our team can provide the appropriate vehicle for your party (back-packs and carry-on suit-cases count as luggage) e.g.: If you have a large suitcase to check, a small suitcase to carry-on, and a backpack, please choose “3”.
Rides to Fly will book you in the most appropriate vehicle for your party.
Click “Book Now” in Select Vehicle section – There is no need to choose a specific type of vehicle.
Click on “Book”
Choose option to “Book Return Service” by selecting YES (right side)
Again, please be sure to provide the appropriate number of passengers and luggage for your return trip, to ensure Rides to Fly provides you with an appropriately sized vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE:
All online reservations
must be booked using a 
credit/debit card

You will not be charged until
